| Hello, On Tuesday March 14, at around 9AM (UTC+8) we had a scheduled maintenance to replace a bad RAM stick on the server node NVMeDC2SG2. This task was completed successfully but we ran into an unforeseen issue with the software RAID that contains the VM data. We have been trying to rebuild the RAID, it took around ~ 10 hours to complete but still failed to make the RAID online. We are still trying to recover the RAID now, but we dont have the exact ETA. We can setup a new VPS for you if you have backup and restore from that to minimize the downtime. In case that the RAID is recovered in the next 24-48 hours, you can access your VPS again. If not, we will add 6 months to your billing as compensation. We are sorry for any inconvenience this might have caused. Thanks! |
